When you arrive for the first time, we will show you how to sign in on our computerized check-in screen. You will then be given a personal office tour and digital photographs and digital x-rays will be taken. Dr. Dau will perform a thorough clinical examination, review the photos and x-rays, and present his treatment recommendations to you in great detail. Treatment timing and financial details will be discussed and presented to you in a letter fully describing the terms and condition of treatment. This informative appointment is complimentary.

If treatment is accepted, an appointment is scheduled to take impression of the teeth for full records. Depending on the complexity of your case, the initial exam, consultation and record taking may take one or more appointments.

In more extensive cases, Dr. Dau may further evaluate the photos, x-rays, models and other diagnostic tools to accurately diagnose and treatment plan your case. He will make his treatment recommendations at a subsequent consultation appointment.

2. Applying on braces: one hour
3. Adjustment appointments: 20 minutes (every 4-6 weeks)
4. Braces removal & final records: one hour
